Things will be heating up again from 20th to 22nd October 2006 (19.10.2006 is trade visitor day) when the Venus Berlin erotic exhibition opens its doors in Berlin. More than 340 exhibitors from at least 30 countries will ensure the 28,000 square metres of exhibition space in the exhibition halls "Unterm Funkturm" are red hot.

The Americans are out in force again this year, with Brooke Haven signing for Acid Rain, Hailey Young signing for Rockman Entertainment, Carmen Luvana signing for Adam & Eve and Jessica Drake signing for Wicked Pictures.

The past few years have seen the Venus Berlin presenting visitors with associated international sectors. And this year will see more products from the areas of lifestyle and erotic art; piercing, tattoo and sun studios, photographers and designers will ensure that the exhibition is even more varied and colourful than before. Visitors can anticipate an even larger product range featuring erotic items from exotic and innovative sources around the world. While bargain-hunters are sure to get their money's worth - some exhibitors will be presenting surprise products and special packs for this clientele in particular.

And a really special guest has announced his plans to visit on Friday, 20th October 2006: Evil Jared Hasselhoff, renowned bass player, professional drinker and erotic fan member of the notorious Bloodhound Gang (incl. Hefty Fine, 2005) from the USA. This skilled recreational stripper is currently house-hunting in Berlin and would like to take any opportunity to familiarise himself with his new adoptive country. So it goes without saying that the Venus Berlin in Berlin is a must for him, too.

Another highlight of the 10th VENUS is the Miss Venus 2006 award to be held on Saturday, 14.10.2006 (negotiations are currently being conducted as regards a location).

We will be staging the Miss Venus 2006 in association with our partners Orion, Berliner Kurier and traumpartner.tv. Women aged 18+ can register online at Miss Venus.

The preliminary round will take place online from 1st to 10th October 2006 by means of user voting. 8 finalists will then be invited to the contest in Berlin on 14th October 2006 where an expert jury - including such celebrities as Jargen Drews - will announce our Miss Venus 2006 against the backdrop of a glittering programme of events.

The winner will receive her own lingerie range from Orion, 1500 Euro in cash and a TV casting session with traumpartner.tv. Miss Venus 2006 will then start off her first working day as a celebrity in the Berlin media and can be seen at other press appearances at the Venus Berlin during the exhibition week from 19th to 22nd October.
