Larry Flynt proudly announces the induction of adult film legends
Nina Hartley and Randy Spears into the Hustler Hollywood Walk of Fame. The
ceremony takes place this Thursday, March 10th at 7 p.m. at the Hustler Hollywood store in West Hollywood. Dozens of adult celebrities - as well as Hustler
founder Larry Flynt - will be in attendance.
Nina Hartley is the most enduringly popular star in the history of adult video. The
sexy and beguiling Ms. Hartley has made 600-plus video and film titles in her career
- not to mention thousands of personal appearances over two decades.
'I am pleased and honored to be inducted with so many of my friends,' says Hartley.
'It's been very rewarding to entertain and enlighten for the last 20 years. I thank
Larry Flynt for the opportunity to come out and have a good time on Thursday.'
Ms. Hartley, whose Nina.com is a popular and highly trafficked adult site, continues
to star in and produce a wide range of adult videos. Currently, Ms. Hartley is
working on a book, 'Nina Hartley's Guide to Total Sex,' to be published by Avery
Press in early 2006. 'The book is a comprehensive guide to everything I've learned
about every kind of sex,' says the ever-alluring Nina.
Randy Spears is an icon of the adult entertainment industry and has appeared in
over 2,000 features! Randy has always been in constant demand for both his acting
and his performance abilities since his debut in the 1980s.
'I feel extremely honored to be inducted with my friend Nina. I thought I had
achieved everything, but this award is the icing on the cake,' says Spears. 'If it
wasn't for Larry Flynt and Hustler, we wouldn't be here in the first place.'
Spears, whose credits run the gamut from New Wave Hookers 2 to Misty Beethoven:
The Musical to countless contemporary gonzo videos, is still the hardest working
man in adult entertainment. 'I'm still in great demand and I'm working as much as I
want,' says Spears. 'This might be my last year, but we'll see.'
'When I first came into this industry, I was an out-of-work actor and I thought I'd do
one or two XXX movies to get through the writer's strike,' Spears laughs. 'The
directors saw I could perform as well as act, so I stayed. I have made so many dear
friends - it's been a pleasure to work with so many talented people.'
