Building on the success of Internext Expo Summer, AVN Media Network has announced an all-new January event in Las Vegas from January 15-17 at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. A newly-designed website has also been launched to coincide with the new show.

Renee Johnson, Senior Show Manager says, 'When the Internext team sat down to plan for the Las Vegas show we decided to take a fresh approach and started brainstorming what would work best for webmasters. What we came up with is a whole new conference that we're very excited about.'

Internext Expo Las Vegas will no longer have a traditional show floor. Instead it will incorporate three distinct areas into what was the show floor. The Circle Bar will be the center of the main conference area, an area that also includes The Hub - an expo area to demo and showcase products and services. The final piece is The Network, a lounge area with couches and tables that are perfect for having meetings.

Finally, for serious negotiating and/or mixers, Deal-Making Suites were created for companies that require a private space.

The educational format for Internext Expo Las Vegas has also been revamped. Two separate educational tracks to keep both newbies and veterans abreast of the latest issues and trends, as well as important legal issues, have been developed.

Internext Expo's seminar series will feature two-hour blocks composed of a one-hour panel discussion and followed by breakout sessions, complete with open bar, so attendees can spend some one-on-one time speaking with our panelists.

On the second educational track, industry experts will conduct intensive workshops in an intimate classroom setting that will foster learning and communication.

Live Domain Auction

Internext and domain registrar Moniker have announced a partnership to host the first ever live adult domain auction at Internext Las Vegas. The event is scheduled for the last day of the three-day show on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

The event will also feature a silent domain auction hosted online, along with the live auction at the show conducted by Monte Cahn, CEO of Moniker.com, and a professional auctioneer. Interested attendees are encouraged to register with Internext Expo early to get access to domain names available for purchase.

The deadline to submit domain names to Moniker for consideration in both the live and silent online auction is Monday, Dec. 18. Domains of both an adult and mainstream nature will be considered. If you're interested in selling your domains, contact Moniker at sales@moniker.com.

Internext attendees will be able to bid on more than 250 domains in the live auction. They will also be given the opportunity to watch history unfold, as prices on some of the highest profile domains in the industry go up for auction. In addition, the conference registration entitles attendees to access the online silent auction at www.moniker.com/liveauction, where several thousand other domains will be up for bid. The live auction interface is a specially designed section of Moniker's new Marketplace system, a supercharged negotiation platform that brings domain buyers and sellers together.
