One of the top prospects in the company, Rockhold breaks down the keys to his fight with the Iowa State wrestler, what got him into MMA, why he signed with Strikeforce, his sponsors and how he trains over at AKA.

- Xtreme Couture Gym boxing trainer RON FRAZIER (www.xtremecouture.tv) met with the Swami to talk about the transition from boxing trainer to striking trainer in MMA for Randy Couture and Xtreme Couture. The UNLV Boxing coach explains the details behind teaching wrestlers how to box, what dirty boxing is, who the best boxer in MMA is, the future of the sport, and how he trains fights in Xtreme Couture..

- Plus "The Swamp Donkey" ADAM RICHARDS returns to the show as he prepares for one of the biggest fight's in his boxing career. After dropping to Crusierweight, Richards will be fighting Marco Huck for the WBO title on March 13th in Berlin. This time on the show, Richards opens up about fighting as a Crusierweight title, being with Prize Fight Promotions, his views on the fight itself, and the changes he made after the Chazz Witherspoon loss.
