Affectionately known as "The Hedgehog," most adults won't need an introduction to spot Ron Jeremy (www.RonJeremy.com) at IndeBleu on Tuesday, May 8th, where he will host the launch party for the latest episode of DC's own 'Late Nite with Erik Haase' - an independently produced, half-hour TV program covering local nightlife and entertainment. A recent fixture on VH1's "The Surreal Life Fame Games," Ron Jeremy hasn't been out of view of the public eye for decades. And boy, have they gotten an eyeful!

Due to arrive on his custom chopper with a few copies of his memoirs in tow, Ron always knows how to make an entrance. For those not acquainted with Mr. Jeremy's colorful history under the bright lights, just crack open his book "The Hardest (working) Man in Showbiz" and skim a few chapters. Its sure to whet the imagination and may be hard to put down. But the purpose of his visit may be even more enticing.

'Late Nite,' which airs Fridays at 2:30am on the newly dubbed CW (broadcast Channel 50), has been a staple of DC after dark for the past five years. Aimed at the ever-mobile 20-40 somethings who embrace DC's party scene in all its derivatives, 'Late Nite' focuses on "what's hot" in the District and surrounding suburbs ­ from visiting celebrity interviews to the best bars, bands, concerts, clubs, lounges, events and anything else worthy of note. Bringing its audience ever closer, the hosts and producer of 'Late Nite' stage events like this one to connect with their viewers in person. Often bringing a featured celebrity to co-host.

Sure to be on everyone's lips come Wednesday, this will be one sexy soiree not to be missed. Party kick starts at 10pm. Hosts to provide gift bags to the first 50 guests upon arrival.
