Top industry players and stars will converge on the eighth annual XBIZ Awards at a much-larger venue this year - Avalon Hollywood. The event, slated for Wednesday, Feb. 10, recognizes the excellence and achievements for those companies and performers that play an essential role in the growth and popularity of adult entertainment around the globe.

The list of official finalist nominees for the 2010 XBIZ Awards, the adult entertainment industry's biggest business awards show, have been announced. The list may be viewed here.

For the first time ever, the 2010 XBIZ Awards will feature categories in which fans of adult entertainment around the globe can vote for their favorite stars, movies, directors and studios. Voting for The People's Choice Awards has begun on XFANZ.com and ends Jan. 15.

Voting is easy. Studios and stars simply need to affix a People's Choice Awards nomination button on their websites and social networking pages, which takes the fan to the XFANZ.com homepage where voting is a click away.

The annual XBIZ Awards show coincides with XBIZ LA Conference, a 3-day business-to-business trade event that explores the latest market trends and uncovers technology's impact on the multi-billion dollar adult entertainment industry. The XBIZ LA Conference takes place February 9-11 at the Sofitel Hotel in Hollywood, Calif.
