Schofield, WI/A Entertainment News- After hosting the Bliss Cabaret $5,000 Amateur Contest in Clearwater, Florida twelve hours before, I ran to the airport and made my way to Minneapolis, Minnesota, where I was to take a second flight to central Wisconsin Airport and be picked up by the people at Grandaddy’s Gentlemen’s Club, which was once again the host club of the Miss Nude Wisconsin Contest. When I arrived at the airport in Tampa, Florida, I was informed that my flight from Minneapolis to Wisconsin had been cancelled, and I had been rescheduled for a day and half later. You have to love the airport system… NOT! Since there were no flights out of Minnesota, A! Entertainment photographer Ricky Rich, had to drive the three hours from Grandaddy’s to the Minnesota airport. When I landed in Minnesota, Ricky was there, picked me up, as I sat down in the car I promptly passed out. Four hours later, we arrived at our hotel in Schofield, Wisconsin.

The great gift of the American Inn Hotel in Schofield is that the lobby has a 24 hour gourmet coffee station. For this story, we will call that station the “Batman Recharge Center”. On this gig, I had agreed in advance to let Ricky Rich share my room with me which is sometimes fun and sometimes not…ala, Miami Beach (Ricky slept in the same bed as a midget in Miami, that’s all I have to say about that).We checked in, I took a shower, changed clothes, sprayed on some Axe Chocolate, and off to the Grandaddy’s Club we went.

For this event, I was sharing the microphone with Jade Simone St. Claire, also known as the Naked Comedian and rising to the top like a bullet newcomer Tawnie Monroe. Jerry, who is also part owner of Grandaddy’s was our d.j. all week. There were about fifteen competitors, but best of all, Grandaddy’s extended me an open tab and they had those big stadium cups.

The first thing you would notice, after walking into the Grandaddy’s Club is the fact that it is decorated like a Hard Rock Hotel with autographed guitars and carefully placed Rock-n-Roll memorabilia all over the walls. The place is beautiful. The second and most important thing that you would notice is that most of their dancers were simply smoking hot. My theory on this is that good exotic dancers want to work for bosses who are or have been exotic dancers. With my open tab, and my girl being in Miami, and all the hot small-town dancers, I put in my mind to try my best to stay out of trouble. You long time readers know how that usually turns out.

On stage, Jade and I worked well together, as always, and had the front row rolling with laughter. Jade was going on about bringing Dane Cook on stage the following week and later in the month opening up for Lisa Lambanelli. She was much quicker than me at the snaps, which was okay, because when I came off stage I got plenty of sympathy/ ass gropes from the girls. Sometimes it’s good to lose. Jade also beat me in the celebrity race this week as she had her friend Vegas Poker Tournament Champion and Black Jack Champion, Michael Cho in town for the weekend. I guess he was just “in the neighborhood passing by”. By the final night of the competition, Michael and I came up with a new drink which we named “Date Rape”. I am not sure if it worked for him because I haven’t spoken to him since we all flew to our next gig.

The competition was three nights with opening, semi-finals and finals and most of the dancer’s shows were heavily “prop” orientated. There was enough furniture on stage to fill up an IKEA store, but there was never a doubt of what that particular dancer’s theme was.

The adult paparazzo was in full force with Brian Assdragon coming up from Iowa, the actual owner of Midwest Nights Magazine and A! Entertainment photographer Ricky Rich with his “assistant” Amanda in tow for the second event in a row. Private Dancer Magazine will also be running the photos from the contest.

The eventual winner of the Miss Nude Wisconsin Contest who, in one of her shows donned a full aristocrat set complete with her as Marie Antoine, La Marquise did an excellent job all week long and deserved her crowning as Miss Nude Wisconsin. There is something about that wig and powdered face that stirs a medieval fire in me. Bobby Lee Skye won the Pole Championship part of the contest.

We have to mention a few things that we noticed. Jerry, Tawnie and the entire staff at Grandaddy’s did an excellent job taking care of us and every day did a little something extra above and beyond the call of duty, such as providing food every day before the competition started at the club, even taking the entire crew, including competitors, out to the local steakhouse one night before the show started. These are extra things that are not expected at a pageant or competition, but make you feel so appreciated.

Kudos to them and we can’t wait to go back and host it again next year.

Milwaukee, WI – The sixth running of the Stripperfest Competition was held once again at the host club, Club On The Border in Franklin, Wisconsin. The hosts for this edition were A! Entertainment’s Tony Batman and Porn Star Daisy Duxe. There were also guest feature performances by five-time Miss Nude World Winner Aspen Reign and newcomer phenomenon Tawnie Monroe.
 There were around thirty competitors from clubs and states all across the Midwest region. Of course, the management and staff at Club On The Border had the one night event running like a well oiled machine.

The adult paparazzo was in attendance in full force as photographers from Exotic Dancer Magazine, Midwest Nights, Curtis from Stripalicious, A! Entertainment and Private Dancer Magazine were all there to capture the excitement. There were also plenty of industry celebrity judges, some of whom included pole champion Nakita Kash and the owners of Grandaddy’s Jerry and Tawnie.

We have to report that even though this was touted as an amateur competition, we witnessed some incredible feature shows that must have taken months worth of thought to put together. There is some good talent in the Midwest and it seemed that it was all at Club On The Border that night. Big cash prizes, fair scoring, and an accommodating club will always bring the best competitors out for a contest.

A! Entertainment photographer Ricky Rich brought a girl named Amanda who he called his “assistant”. Within an hour of being there, I renamed her “T-Shirt Girl” as she helped Daisy and I throw out A! Entertainment and Private Dancer Magazine t-shirts from the stage. By the end of the night and even a few hours after closing “T-Shirt Girl” became known as “New Naked Dancer”. Although she had stated that she had never been nude before in front of people, Amanda is a great girl and Ricky is lucky to have her around. Stripperfest 6 seemed bring out a lot of undraping in the crowd.

After the competition was over, I had time only to take a shower, have a customary bad breakfast at Denny’s, and return to the airport as I was scheduled to host the Nightmoves Adult Entertainment Awards in Tampa, Florida about 12 hours later.  This stress was magnified by the fact that my girl Schevelle was in Miami at the Tootsie’s Cabaret at the same time. We can never let this happen again.

We want to thank Brian, the general manager of Club 0n The Border, and the rest of his staff for being so hospitable and making sure that we all had a great time the one night we were there for Stripperfest 6. Las Vegas, NV/A Entertainment News- The End of the 2009 Exotic Dancer Expo took place at Rick’s Cabaret in Las Vegas with the crowning of the Miss Exotic United States. The top three competitors from around the country took the stage at Rick’s and had the chance to impress one more time before the final vote was taken.

Montrelle, Tiffany West, and Tali De’Mar were those top three. All the ladies did a great job and the place was packed with every club owner and Feature dance agent that attended the Expo so in a way everyone of them were winners.

The ladies performed and at the end the beautiful Tali De’Mar was crowned the 2009 Miss Exotic United States. Miss De’Mar has already been signed by the Pure Talent Agency for her Feature Dance Booking and is currently on the circuit touring the country.

The Expo was a great time for the A Entertainment New crew, we can’t wait for the next one.

Clearwater, FL/A Entertainment News-  August’s 15 Thousand Dollar Bikini Contest at the OZ Ladies and Gentleman’s Nightclub was a huge success if you count all the contestants that showed up, the packed room full of fans and customers and the the media coverage that ate up the fun at the Clearwater Florida hot spot.

I was the Emcee host for the evening. My old friend and Tampa Bay area award winning Strip Club DJ Chris was on the stage with me the entire time. Needless to say it was a fun time as we were able to bring back some “Good Old Days’ when we used to work together in several clubs in Central Florida.

My favorite contestant was Ann Marie, she is beautiful and  she came to work for me the day after she turned 18, years ago, I did not have a vote in the judging so it was OK to silently pull of the girls I knew already.

The eventual winner of the contest and $15,000 in cash and prizes was a beautiful dark haired woman that did everything right during the night, great personality, tight perfect body, and big smile on stage. I will forever remember her as Contestant # 8.

I don’t think I will covering this months contest since I keep checking the mail box and after weeks of that don’t believe the checks really in the mail. On to the next show….

If you have never experienced this event then it may be hard for you to phatham the spectacle that is the Nudes-A-Poppin. If you have attended this show then you no doubt have come away with a lifetime memory that you most likely tell stories about to all your friends any chance you get.

The 2009 version of NAP was another great memory in the minds of everyone that attended and when we say everyone we mean all 5 or 6 thousand of them. It may be hard to believe that a small remote out in the middle of nowhere event can make such an impression on so many people but every year it seems to do just that, every year we bring new people with us and every year the show makes a new group of fans.

We made the plans for the  crew to meet in Chicago on Friday and we would then caravan to the Ponderosa from there for the big Italian dinner that is always thrown for the contestants, residents and friends of the show at Rich’s house on the property. It’s a great way for everyone to meet up and get reacquainted with old friends and meet the new ones you are going to make that year. We had Martin fly in from Los Angeles, Derek, Manu and I flew up from Tampa Florida and Ricky Rich drove down to Chicago from Wisconsin.  It is not an easy task to coordinate so may people from so many cities but that part of the weekend went very well.

This year I hosted the first ever Scandalous Female Wrestling Championship, Eddie and Adera Michaels ran the event on Saturday during the meet and greet part of Nudes A Poppin. We had a bunch of contestants and the competition was fierce. In the end the beautiful Shay Lynn was the last sexy woman standing and took the championship belt. Sometimes when you’re the emcee of an event and it’s really good, you take a moment, scan the crowd and think, this is the best place in the world to be right now. That Saturday I got that exact feeling.

On Sunday we arrived for registration at 7:30 AM which was a tough task since the Nudes A Poppin welcome dance the night before went until about 4 AM, at least ours did. We hung out a little past curfew with a few sexy ladies from Iowa, thank you DJ Jay for bringing the ladies; it made our weekend even better.

After jumping on the main stage a few times and giving away all of our A Entertainment T-Shirts (www.creapssellinggarbage.com) I was escorted back to THE PIT to host the amateur contest that has been a part of the Nudes A Poppin show since it began decades ago. Once again the crowd surrounding the stage was massive and almost overwhelming. We had women from all walks of life, all ages and sizes and every one of them looked good. We ran the contest and crowned a winner, she got a great trophy and bragging rights for the year at the Ponderosa Sun Club which hosts the NAP show every year.

Back in the circle, as it’s called we had set up an area for the ladies to take pictures with our crew, the A Entertainment blanket got to see more action than any human on the grounds. It was a great day all day long.
